BREAKOUT SESSION 2B
This presentation will focus on a variety of ways co-regulation helps our children access the parts and regions of the brain and nervous system that can lead to repair, model empathy, and help us to think clearly, problem solve and find some emotional regulation through our conflicts. We will share the critical understanding of how our nonverbal communication leads the way! The 90 second rule is a time of pause for ourselves and our children. We will explore and model this rule through shared practices.

-
Participants will learn about how our nonverbal communication and ability to pause can dampen down the stress cycle of our children and youth.
